Kathryn McClatchy is a digital media marketing strategist, content marketer, and social media manager, focused on serving the writing community. Kathryn is involved in the North Texas writers community, and is passionate about helping writers and writing organizations learn how to use digital media to build their brands and serve their communities.

She has been writing since childhood, blogging since 2012 as Unleashing the Next Chapter, and in 2019 turned it into a business. Kathryn is also the founder and facilitator of the annual Writers Guild of Texas Flash Fiction Contest, and host of the UtNC Writers Community on Discord. 

 Kathryn is married to Steve, mom to two sons and daughters-in-law, a six-time stroke survivor, and happily addicted to  books, tea, chocolate, and houseplants (not consistently in that order).
